Look of the Day: Opportunique London

EN: Hi everyone! It took me a bit too long to start truly appreciating my outerwear such as coats, tunics and jackets. I always took it for granted and treated it just as something to keep me warm until I get where I'm going and can show off my wonderful outfit underneath. 

I've started to travel a bit more and this involves longer walks and more time outside. And this is when it clicked! My outerwear actually shapes my outfit and it compliments (or otherwise) my persona. Great Britain has never been famous for its warm climate, so I actually need coats all year around. So I have finally come to the realisation that I don't want something basic, but that I want to feel unique. 

Luckily I discovered an 'up and coming' designer who creates unique pieces at Opportunique London. You can read about the brand philosophy here. I'm sure you will fall in love with it <3  They specialise in bespoke Ikat Kaftans, but you can also find dramatic coats like mine. 

RU: Всем привет! В Английских реалиях без верхней одежды особо не погуляешь, при чём не важно какой на календаре месяц. Наверное даже специально для нас придумали 'летнее пальто'. 

Меньше всего мне хотелось бы пальто из разряда общепринятый 'базовый гардероб'. Я уже писала, что бежевый тренч, например, не носила целую вечность. И вовсе не потому что он плох, а потому что не подходит к моему гардеробу, где преобладают яркие цвета. 

Сегодня на мне лёгкое пальто от Opportunique London. Оно сочетает в себе одни из моих самых любимых цветов: розовый, фиолетовый и синий. Пальто бесспорно привлекает внимание и его смело можно отнести к 'statement piece'. Но в моём случае это пальто перешло в разряд 'Базовый гардероб', ведь мне так легко создавать с ним образы, миксовать и заменять детали. А прямой крой, круглая горловина и рукава 3/4 это моя формула идеального пальто!
