Fashion International. London Fashion Week SS 14- Backstage

Fashion International. Неделя Моды Лондон SS 14- За Кулисами 

EN: One of the most exciting occasions in fashion world is London fashion Week. the most important shows take place in New York, Milan, Paris and London. Hundreds of people are taking part to create the fabulous show and today we have exclusive access to te back stage of Fashion International, London fashion Week. 

RU: Одно из самых долгожданных событий в мире моды, это, бесспорно, Fashion Week. Самые значимые показы происходят в 4-х модных столицах: Нью-Йорке, Милане, Лондоне и Париже. Над этим грандиозным шоу трудятся сотни человек, и сегодня у нас появился уникальный шанс оказаться за кулисами в Лондоне и узнать как проходит подготовка к шоу.  

EN: The runway for the show was located in Charing Cross Hotel, it was organised by Geoff Cox. I was styling models for four designer on the 13th of September :

1. Yuvna Kim. ‘Bijoux’ Collection. Collection was inspired by the luxurious jewelry 1920’s, an era of known as the Art Deco
2. Omar Mansoor. He was inspired by the Golden Age of the Opera and David Belasco’s theatrical adaptation of the short story of Madama Butterfly acted on stage in the 1900s.
3. Luna Sky. Designer specialising in evening-wear. The collection was made in dominantly white colours, decorated by lazer cut flowers, beeds and 
4. House of Mobe. Collection contained cocktail dresses and gowns asymmetric cuts , graphicly styled

RU: Показ Fashion International проходил в Charing Cross Hotel, организатором шоу являлся Geoff Cox.  13 сентября я (Сабина) работала с моделями для 4х дизайнеров: 

1. Yuvna Kim. ‘Bijoux’ Collection. Вдохновением для создания коллекции послужили роскошные украшения 1920 гг., эры Арт Деко.
2. Omar Mansoor. Вдохновением послужил Золотой Век Оперы, а в частности постановка David Belasco ‘Madama Butterfly’.  
3. Luna Sky. Дизайнер специализируется на вечерних нарядах. Коллекция была выполнена в белых тонах с множеством цветочных деталей, бусин и камней.
4. House of Mobe. Коллекция включила в себя коктейльные платья с ассиметричными деталями в графическом стиле.

EN: I arrived at Charing Cross Hotel at 1 pm. there were 6 make up artists and 6 hair stylist behind the scene, I (Sabina) was in the hair stylist team. A month in advance I received designers ideas and preferences for there model’s look. So we were well prepared and we started the process of transformation straight away. There were about 25 models, there were divided in groups of 6. First group were done by makeup artists, second started with hair stylists, third was trying on outfits and fourth was busy with their nails done. When one specialist finished with them they were moving to the next on. Show was due to start at 19.30 so every one of us working non stop in the dynamic friendly atmosphere. The last minuted before the show are the most exciting, models are standing in the line just behind the scene, designers make sure that each dress fits perfectly, we were checking on hair and make up and doing last touches and then Show begins! 

RU: В Charing Cross Hotel я приехала в час дня. За кулисами было 6 визажистов и 6 парикмахеров, я была в команде парикмахеров. За месяц до показа дизайнеры предоставили наброски желаемого макияжа и прически для их моделей, поэтому к работе мы приступили немедленно. В показе участвовало около 24 моделей. Их разбили на группы по 6 человек. Одна группа сидела у визажистов, другая у парикмахеров, третья на примерке нарядов, четвертая была занята маникюром. По мере окончания одной из подготвок группа переходила в следующие руки мастеров. Шоу начиналось в 19.30, мы все работали дружно и динамично. Последние минуты перед показом самые волнительные, все модели выстраиваются в ряд, дизайнеры поправляют платья, проверяют прически и ... шоу начинается!
