EN: Christmas is officially over but I'm not taking my decorations down (sorry not sorry). January and February are winter months and I need some sparkle and glitter to get me through it.

January also turned out to be my Birthday month so dresses, feathers and high heels are staying :) By the way, how pretty is this dress!? I've uploaded higher resolution so you can see all the details. Check out the black strips on the dress and beautiful embroidery on the sleeves. 

RU: Уже 24го числа разбрали рождественские базар и карусели. Честно говоря я не знаю к чему такая спешка. Наши домашние украшения остаются сверкать вплоть до конца января :) А чем ещё себя радовать в эти промозглые зимние месяцы?

Я специально добавила эти фото в большем формате, что бы вы смогли лучше рассмотреть детали платья. Оно не розовое, как может показаться на первый взгляд. А в чёрную полоску! Смотрится очень эффектно! Я еще обратите внимание на рукава, они красиво расшиты бусинками.

EN: How many sleeps till Christmas? I know that probably you've sorted your Christmas outfit out, counting on funny christmas jumpers and fluffy onesies :) Right?

I still remember my first Christmas in the UK. I wore purple high heels and an emerald mini dress, and I was soooo overdressed for a quiet afternoon with my family. Did anything change since then? Not really.

If you don't feel like 'dress to impress' on the 25th, there is another pretty special night - the 31st of December! That is the night to shine! I have my plans made and outfit sorted.

Check the HOBBS website out for some ideas. I can't believe this dress is not sold out yet. Its's very feminine, not trivial but classic at the same time and the colour is complimenting the season. As you know I actually got one more dress from Hobbs, in green velvet! But that's another story ...

EN: Dec 14?! What?! Please tell me you are as shocked as I am. I have no idea where the time went. I just need some time off to wrap all my presents for all my lovely friends and family! I've also being planning to prank my bestie with her Christmas presents, I can't tell you my plan but I can't wait to see her face haha

And how do you like our backdrop with fake snow? :) Second thing I find hard to believe - we had so much snow a year today! All the schools were closed, we were just playing in the snow all day and it felt so much like Christmas!  One thing stayed the same though - it's freezing! 

RU: Абсолютно не понимаю куда уходит время :) Но могу себя заверить, что оно проходит ярко, бурно и весело! На календаре уже 14-ое число, пора завернуть подарки в праздничную бумагу с золотыми бантами!

EN: Let's get it started!!! Christmas Parties are on the way!
My first Christmas Party was with London Bloggers - organised by Lelanie and Fern at the Hotel Cafe Royal. We were treated to a Dyptyque afternoon tea in Oscar Wild Room. If you've been there before, you know that you have to dress to impress.

And here is the dress I chose for that special occasion. It's tulle dress in dusky blue by Chicwish. I admire how feminine it makes me feel and how it flows when I move.

Вот один из первых, пыльно-голубое платье с оборками, туфли мечты Моноло и нежная сумочка на цепочке. Так мы отметили приближающийся праздник т отеле Hotel Cafe Royal за бокальчиком шампанского в одной из самых красивых чайных комнат Лондона.

EN: I don't mind it being cold but I hate it being grey and misty. It's 2 pm but it feels like late evening.

On the positive side - London streets are covered in christmas lights and it looks good even during the day.

I hope your Black Friday shopping went as well as mine :) I've managed to get presents for my family and friends so now I can just relax and enjoy.

RU: Погодка конечно адская. Начинает темнеть прям часа в 2 дня. Над головой висят тучи, моросит дождик без конца, вот прям лучика солнца не видно. И не поработаешь, и не погуляешь.

Зато я онлайн купила всем своим друзьям и семье подарки во время 'чёрной пятницы'. Идеальное время было для скидок, подарки то по-любому надо было покупать! Показать что я купила из косметики?

EN: I've realised that all this Christmas preparations & decorations from the start of November stopped bothering me. I actually don't mind a little bit of sparkle and magic a little bit early. What's the point rejecting it now if in December you are too busy and rushing around to sort everything out and trying to enjoy the atmosphere at the same time. This year all Katerina's presents are already sorted, the rest of presents for my friends & family are on the way, so now I can just chill and enjoy the festive mood around German Markets, ice skating rings and Christmas Grottos. 

RU: В этом году я перестала бубнить, что мол не надо наряжать город в начале Ноября.  А что ему голым то стоять? В Декабре у меня вечно всё "галопом по Европе", встречи, закуп, нерешенные задачи, итоги, корпоративны, утренники ... И праздник подкрадывается всё ближе, а дел не уменьшается. В этом году я неспешно начала подготовку в Ноябре, что бы конец года прошёл без стресса :)

EN: Not very proud of myself. It's midnight here but my bags are not packed ... and I'm clearly not doing it because I'm still on my computer trying to finish work. I know that somehow I'm going to make it work and you'll see my happy  insta-stories from the airport. 

The reason why I'm so behind with everything is GOOD WEATHER! Autumn has been amazing so far, loads of sun, gold trees and leaves and no wind. So I'm spending all my free time strolling around my favourite streets, wining and dining with Gareth and going on nature walks with Katerina.

EN: I think it's ok to admit that you are lost or at least standing still. You always need to set your goals for a year and review them when they get accomplished. At the moment I'm in the loop of questions like who am I, how can I get better, how can I be more efficient, what are my new dreams and how can I achieve them? I'm not panicking, I just need some time to work it out.

p.s. I feel a bit proud of adding some unusual colours to my wardrobe. Check out this coral dress from Chicwish!

RU: В моём случае это не осенняя хандра, а вполне осознанная пауза. Для меня очень важно ставить цели и добиваться их. Когда всё из достигнутого получено я словно теряюсь в пространстве. В этот момент лучше остановится и не барахтаться на одном месте. Я беру время отдохнуть, набраться вдохновения, получить новые эмоции, осознать свои желания и выстроить траекторию действий.
Мы летим в отпуск в конце недели, но я уже весь рабочий процесс поставила на паузу и пообещала себе отдохнуть душой и телом.

Look of the Day: Ted's Top Toes

EN: It was worth waiting for you! Yes, I'm talking to my boots :) 
I'm a big fan of suede shoes, but as you know it rains a lot in the UK, so it's not always easy to look after the bottom of the shoes. They can get damaged quite easily.
I've dreamed about a pair of boots with leather at the bottom (toes and heel) and suede at the top (above the ankle). Honestly, I couldn't find them anywhere for years until this autumn! It's an interesting design and the block heel is a bonus!

My look is 50 shades of chocolate and textures. I've never been this excited for the autumn season to come! Watch this space for more looks with my perfect autumn brown boots ;)

Это я говорю сейчас про осенние сапоги :)

Я чётко знаю что мне хочется, поэтому неспешно ищу именно то, что мне надо и не размениваюсь на то, что не соответствует моим критериям.

Самыми любимыми у меня всегда становятся сапоги из замши. Но есть одно "но", с осени по весну часто идут дожди и в такую погоду замшу особо не поносишь. Было бы здорово, если замшу и кожу соединили в одной паре обуви! Нижнюю часть для ступни сделать из кожи, а от щиколотки продолжили из замши. Да еще бы так соединили эти две текстуры, что бы смотрелось элегантно и интересно ... Так вот, мечты сбываются! 

TATE x Bicester Village

EN: Art comes alive with a new TATE experience at Bicester Village.
We obviously came to Bicester Village to do a little bit of shopping, but when a new experiential store from the iconic TATE galleries is right there it would be a sin not to visit it!

From now until January 2019 you can explore art, technology and bespoke digital printing at this pop-up store. I absolutely love art-themed gifts, but please - please- please try the Virtual Reality they offer! Modigliani's studio will come to life, transporting you back to Paris in the early 1900s. You are able to listen to commentary from the TATE experts and also explore the objects in his studio to find out a bit more about his materials and techniques. 

There is also the opportunity to create high quality prints or just shop the TATE's collection of masterpieces throughout the ages, educational art books, posters and coffee table books!

RU: Потрясающая и неожиданная возможность - прикоснуться к искусству в Bicester Village.
Понятное дело, что в этот волшебный бутик-городок едут на шоппинг, но когда Бистер открывает на своей территории креативное пространство галереи TATE , просто грех его не посетить. Ведь мода, искусство и технологии идут рука об руку!

С сентября этого года по Январь 2019 в Бистере можно будет посетить выставку Tate. Самая впечатляющая зона - Виртуальная Реальность. Мы с Гаретом окунулись в атмосферу Парижа начала 20-го века и виртуально прогулялись по мастерской художника и скульптура Амедео Модильяни. Аудио комментарии от экспертов Tate помогают разобраться в особенностях его работ, а комментарии его друзей помогают понять лучше характер художника.
Так же можно посмотреть короткометражные фильмы, отмеченные наградами Tate, распечатать на месте понравившиеся принты, а в магазине можно приобрести памятные вещицы, книги (от детской до специализированной литературы) и аксессуары.

Очень советую выбраться в бутик-городок на целый день. От Лондона буквально до дверей магазинов можно доехать на поезде всего за 46 минут. После серьёзной реновации на территории появились отменные рестораны! Один из моих любимых - Cafe Wolseley ;) Плюс добавилось много новых интересных бутиков. Вот честно, мы прям получили кайф от этой поездки. 

p.s. И про покупки не забыли :) Вот в руке один из пакетов.
